Felicia Rubinstein is an innovator and entrepreneur focused on transforming how people work and connect. She began her career as an engineer at GE and Apple, where she helped pioneer one of Apple’s first job share programs, reimagining flexibility in the workplace. She later founded Maven Marketing and 341 Studios, a branding agency and early virtual workspace that inspired her most impactful venture, HAYVN. Founded in Darien, CT, HAYVN is a women-centered coworking community designed to help professionals, founders, and leaders connect, create, and thrive. With a second location now open in Greenwich, Felicia continues expanding HAYVN’s mission of building inclusive, empowering spaces rooted in collaboration, innovation, and community. Through every chapter of her career, Felicia has championed entrepreneurship, workplace evolution, and opportunities for others to grow.

Chris Geotes is a Partner in the Business and Corporate practice group at Martin LLP. His corporate practice focuses on the representation of companies in three general categories – mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and outside general counsel services. Chris represents M&A clients on both the buy and sell side, and his equity finance experience touches every phase of financing, from seed money and angel investing through venture capital, private equity and institutional investment. Linda leads free virtual events (AI & Wine for Women, AI Lunch & Learns), a flagship 6-week training program (The AI Lab for Women), and co-leads the AI Collective - Hartford Chapter, a global nonprofit advancing AI education. She’s collaborated with UConn’s School of Business for AI Days Hartford (April 2026), serves on the Governor’s Council on Women and Girls, and is Co-Chair of the Senior Executive Women’s Network.
Overview
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries, Aurum identified an opportunity to bring together business leaders from diverse sectors to explore a timely question: How can organizations embrace AI while preserving the human connection that drives trust, growth, and long-term success?
Hosted as part of Connecticut Tech Week, this intimate executive breakfast panel brought together senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals for a thought-provoking discussion and meaningful networking experience.
The Challenge
Many conversations around AI focus heavily on technology and automation. Aurum sought to create an environment where leaders could explore the opportunities presented by AI while also discussing the importance of trust, judgment, community, and authentic human relationships in business.
The objective was to deliver a high-quality event experience that fostered engagement, encouraged dialogue, and created valuable connections among attendees.
